Assume all submissions of and for firearms described will be shipped to or shipped from a out-of-state USA source. The following guidelines are followed, due to limited ad space for free postings of guns for sale. Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, not a curio or relic, not a collectable, does not state FFL requirement, is incomplete, poor or no description, not identified with manufacturer and model number, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal. We accept no postings with photo links to other ad sites. Only submissions with one item per Ad fully described in detail will be accepted. Please use a Blue Book when submiting manufacturer and model names. The curiosandrelics.com reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are not in violation of these guidelines.By posting an ad here, you agree to the following statements: I am over the age of 21 years old and have the legal right to possess firearms in my community. All firearms in the US must be shipped to an FFL dealer (federally licensed gun dealer) in your state who will transfer the gun to you with all the proper paperwork and law compliance. "A person not licensed under the Gun Control Act (GCA) and not prohibited from acquiring firearms may purchase a firearm from an out-of-state source and obtain the firearm if an arrangement is made with a licensed dealer in the purchaser's state of residence for the purchaser to obtain the firearm from the dealer. Firearms manufactured after January 1, 1899 must be shipped from one FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder to another. We suggest you send all guns through your local FFL to the buyers FFL to prevent any violation of the Federal, State, and Local gun laws. The FFL dealer (federally licensed gun dealers) will transfer the gun with all the proper paperwork and law compliance.
